Pastor Bill was saved on Mother's Day at Word of Life.  In April of 1983, he accepted the call to pastor right here at Word of Life and has pastored for more than 40 years. His heart is to see the body grow into their God given abilities as they the "saints" are equipped for their work of ministry.  Bill is truly a father in this house of worship.  Bill and his wife Beverly plan over the next 10 years to see 3 churches panted from Word of life as well as raising up the next generation of leaders for this church as they leave a legacy and a ministry prepared for the future God has for Word of Life, Bentonville.  

Pastor Miguel is originally from Central Mexico where he helped plant or start several churches still thriving today. His continued oversight and development of these churches makes him a great part of the Word of Life team.  "Palabra de Vida," translated from Word of Life is working to reach Bentonville and the surrounding areas through small group development and additional church launches. Pastor Miguel's heart for the Latin American community is the driving force behind his work as he links arms with other local churches in unity to impact Northwest Arkansas with the gospel message of Jesus Christ. 

Pastor Jeff has been with Word of Life since 2009 where he has served as youth pastor, school of ministry director,  media pastor,  young adults pastor and now church planter.  Pastor Jeff is currently overseeing Word of Life, Siloam Springs in addition to his regular responsibilities around our main campus in Bentonville. He is married to Vanessa now for 22 years and they have three beautiful daughters. You will most likely find Pastor Jeff carrying out multiple tasks at once but if you catch him away from his desk where he is managing websites, working in graphic design and planning the next young adults or daughter church service; you will find him in one of our auditoriums enjoying time in the presence of God.  His heart is to see the up and coming generation engaged in their place in the church and experience  daily a move of God in their lives. 

Joel and his wife Erica have been serving in children's ministry at Word of Life for nearly 17 years and in 2025 were moved into our leadership role of Children's Directors. They serve with passion, experience and an overwhelming love for your children.

Shelly is Pastor Bill's daughter and no one keeps Word of Life moving forward more than she does.  Shelly focuses on the daily operations of the church while maintaining the church finances and records.  Shelly has a heart of worship and prayer with a strong prophetic gifting.
